Zama Institute offers a fully registered 350hr online yoga teacher training course combining the best of Western science with Eastern Yoga philosophy and practice, delivered through self-directed online content, videos, audios, home practice and online assessment.
Upon completion, you will be a 350 hour Yoga Teacher and able to obtain insurance to teach yoga worldwide.
How to teach group classes and structure one on one sessions, adjust for injuries, pregnancy and common conditions
Experience hatha, yin, kundalini, restorative and vinyasa styles
Introduction clinical yoga therapy, yoga nidra and yoga for women, children and elderly
This course can be completed at your own pace in your own time from anywhere in the world within an 18 month period. Online training is designed and structured to suit self directed learning. We are available via phone and email to assist you through your journey.

Prerequisites
Some yoga experience is required; we highly recommend at least 12 months regular practice, but we do take all cases into consideration. Contact us if you are unsure, we are always happy to chat.
Course Registration
This 350hr yoga teacher training course is fully registered with Yoga Australia. Please refer to Yoga Australia membership guidelines. 350 hour graduates are eligible for full membership of Yoga Australia and able to obtain insurance to teach yoga.
Upon completion of our 350 hour yoga teacher training course, you can undertake a range of our courses to upgrade your skills.
The 200hr YTT component of this course is accredited with Physical Activity Australia and attracts 6 PDP points (KAP2007)
